How long will my brownies stay fresh?
Our brownies are baked fresh and stay delicious for up to 10 days at room temperature, or up to 3 months if stored in the freezer. We recommend keeping them in an airtight container for maximum freshness.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship our gourmet treats to all 50 states via USPS or UPS. Shipping times typically range from 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Message' field where you can write a personalized note that we will include in the box.
Are your brownies nut-free?
While we offer many flavors that do not contain nuts, all of our products are baked in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free of allergens.
When will my order be shipped?
To ensure you receive the freshest product possible, we typically bake and ship orders within 2-4 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our kitchen.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours so we can make it right.
